2024 SEASON IS OVER, THANK YOU!

About the League

The Vancouver Badminton League (VBL) tournament is a new team-based tournament hosted by the Recreational Badminton Canada Association (RBCA).  The VBL differs from a one-off elimination tournament, it is seasonal with a round-robin or all-play-all format in which each team plays many opponents in turn

Our Goal

  • The league games aim to promote recreational and inter-club badminton in a fun and competitive format. These games are the best occasion to meet up with other badminton enthusiasts

Game Seasons

  • VBL operates in three seasons, the Opening Season starts in mid-September, followed by the New Year Season and Final Season.  Each season lasts about 3 months with different game categories. The top two or three ranked teams of each category will be invited to play for the Elite Games in the final season
